Kanze Dena, a renowned Kenyan journalist who previously served as a Deputy State House Spokesperson and Deputy Head of PSCU (Presidential Strategic Communication Unit), overseeing digital coordination, messaging, research, branding, and press functions during President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tenure, clarified her health status.
