Viral Cop Claims Some Women Want Rich Men While Bringing Little to the Table

Facebook post by Kenyan police officer Sammy Ondimu Ngare has ignited conversations online after he shared his views on modern dating expectations and the role of women in building successful relationships.

In a post that has attracted mixed reactions from social media users, Ngare argued that many women are searching for men who are already financially established, with stable careers, successful businesses, good homes and expensive vehicles.

The officer humorously suggested that some women set high standards despite having limited personal assets, prompting a wider discussion about expectations in relationships and financial independence.

“Most women want a man that’s already established,” he wrote, before encouraging women to support their partners through life’s challenges rather than waiting for them to achieve success before committing to a relationship.

Ngare further advised women to work alongside their partners to build wealth and stable families, saying that relationships should be partnerships where both parties contribute to growth and development.

“A strong woman will be a part of his struggle, survive it, succeed together and build an empire,” he stated.

The remarks quickly drew reactions from Kenyans online, with some agreeing that successful relationships are built through mutual effort and shared sacrifices. Others, however, argued that both men and women have a right to set personal standards when choosing life partners.

The post has added to the ongoing debate on social media about modern dating, financial expectations and the changing dynamics of relationships in Kenya.

As discussions continue, Ngare’s message has resonated with many who believe that long-term success in relationships is often achieved through teamwork, patience and collective growth rather than focusing solely on a partner’s current financial status.
