The owner of the Kirinyaga Killer Brew Bar has been denied bond by the court, pending the testimony of seven witnesses identified by the prosecution team, who will be heard within the next 60 to 90 days.
John Muriithi, the bar owner from California, had applied for bond through his lawyer, Kemunto Magara, in a case where he faces charges of causing the death of 17 individuals in Kangai village and stealing exhibits from Kiamaciri Police Station.
