The High Court of Kenya has dismissed all corruption-related charges against George Natembeya, declaring that his arrest and prosecution were unlawful and infringed on his constitutional rights.
In a ruling issued on Wednesday, the court further granted Natembeya Sh2.5 million in general damages as compensation for the breach of his rights.
