The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has released the placement results for students admitted to the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) for the September 2025 intake.

In a statement issued Friday, KUCCPS advised applicants to log in to the Student Portal to check their admission status.
“KMTC September 2025 placement results are now available. Applicants should log in to the KUCCPS portal to view their status,” the notice read.
To access their results, students must visit students.kuccps.net, and log in using their KCSE index number, exam year, and password. The password should be the candidate’s KCPE index number or birth certificate number.
KUCCPS has also opened the inter-institutional transfer window for students wishing to change their assigned institutions. The deadline for transfer applications is August 24, 2025.
Those placed in KMTC programmes should follow the admission instructions provided on the portal.
Applications for the September intake were open from June 23 to July 7, targeting preservice diploma and certificate programmes. Applicants interested in higher diplomas, short courses, or upgrading programmes were directed to apply through the KMTC portal at admissions.kmtc.ac.ke.
Ahead of the application window, the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) opened a loan application facility for KMTC students, aimed at easing financial pressure on both new and continuing learners.

KUCCPS noted that 26 courses were available for placement in this intake across diploma and certificate levels. HELB urged students to carefully follow application procedures to ensure successful loan processing.
