Several people are feared dead after an ENA Coach bus travelling from Nairobi to Migori was involved in a deadly accident in the Mai Mahiu area late Saturday night.

The crash happened at around 11 p.m. and, according to initial reports, occurred when a trailer with suspected brake failure rammed into the bus from behind.
The force of the collision triggered a pile-up involving several other vehicles, including private cars.
The accident took place along the steep climb section of the Mai Mahiu road, a stretch known for its danger, where the truck’s brake failure is believed to have set off the chain of events.
