Kenya Railways has announced the operation of a special express passenger train from Nairobi to Mombasa on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.
The train will depart from Nairobi at 10:30 am and is expected to arrive in Mombasa at 4:30 pm.
This one-day-only service is part of the Madaraka Express train offerings, which also include the Inter-County and Suswa trains. Customers looking to book tickets can visit the official Kenya Railways website at www.metickets.co.ke.
In a statement, Kenya Railways expressed its appreciation for continued customer support and encouraged travelers to enjoy a safe journey.
The Madaraka Express service connects a range of destinations, including Nairobi, Athi River, Emali, Kibwezi, Mtito Andei, Voi, Maisenyi, Mariakani, and Mombasa. Passengers can also access stops such as the Nairobi Terminus, Ongata Rongai, Ngong, Maai Mahiu, and Suswa.
