Karua: No Interest in Joining Ruto’s Administration

Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua has firmly stated that she would never accept a position in President William Ruto’s Cabinet.

In response to inquiries about whether she would have accepted a nomination, Karua reiterated that she would not and affirmed her well-known stance on the matter.

Karua clarified that she did not receive any job offer from Ruto’s administration. She shared her experience working with both Ruto and Raila Odinga in Parliament, noting that while Raila is more collaborative, Ruto’s approach is less accommodating.

“I would never work for William Ruto,” Karua declared. “Despite his cabinet changes, he remains in control of everything and does not allow others to take charge.”

Karua expressed her belief that Ruto’s recent Cabinet reshuffle is merely a distraction. She criticized the vetting process for Cabinet Secretary nominees as a spectacle and argued that Ruto’s administration remains unresponsive to the needs of Kenyans.

“The Cabinet nominations are just a diversion. Ruto received the message that people want him to step aside for a fresh start, but his response is more of the same. The vetting process is a circus, and this administration remains out of touch with the demands of the people,” Karua said during an interview on Citizen TV.

She has consistently maintained her firm position against joining the Kenya Kwanza government.
