In a momentous ceremony held at his residence in Musuuni, Kalundu, Kitui Town, Dr. Augustine Kyalo Muli was inaugurated as the Patron of the Kamba Anzauni clan.
During the installation ceremony on February 10, 2024, Dr. Muli expressed his unwavering commitment to championing development countywide and called for the steadfast support of his followers.
Dr. Muli, visibly proud of his newfound responsibilities, outlined his vision for transformative changes within associated establishments. He stressed the need for collective efforts to address the paramount challenge facing the Kamba tribe and Anzauni clan – fostering economic, social, and cultural development through a shared understanding of leadership’s role.

“I am honored to take on this role as Patron, and I am committed to advocating for development that positively impacts our entire county. Together, we can overcome challenges and build a prosperous future for our community,” remarked Dr. Muli during his inaugural speech.

The ceremony drew the presence of notable figures, including former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, Cabinet Secretary for East Africa Community and ASAL Hon Peninah Malonza, and Hon. Boniface Musambi, Director of Coordination at State House, among other leaders. Dr. Muli expressed profound gratitude to all attendees, acknowledging their support and contributions to the community.
“I extend my heartfelt appreciation to each one of you for gracing this occasion. Your presence is a testament to the unity and collaboration we need to achieve our shared goals,” Dr. Muli said.
The newly appointed Patron also extended a warm invitation to future events, expressing eagerness for continued support and collaboration from the community and its leaders.

As Dr. Augustine Kyalo Muli embarks on his role as the Patron of the Kamba Anzauni clan, the community looks forward to a period of positive transformation, development, and unity under his leadership.
