The company, registered under number CPR/2015/206545, submitted the petition on September 30, 2024, under the provisions of Kenya’s Insolvency Act, 2015.
The case is slated for mention before the High Court on May 5, 2025.
Stakeholders with an interest in either supporting or opposing the petition are invited to attend the court session, either in person or through legal representation. Those intending to participate must file a written notice with the petitioner’s legal counsel by 4:00 p.m. on May 4, 2025.
The petition did not disclose specific reasons for the move to liquidate the company.
