The latest improvements enable the AI assistant to help users carry out daily activities more efficiently, including cross-app support and device management functions such as optimizing battery life, monitoring mobile data usage, improving storage, and enhancing overall phone performance.
For users who rely on their smartphones for work, business, communication, travel, and entertainment, EllaClaw is designed to understand user intent, handle multi-step tasks, and simplify routine digital activities while ensuring users remain in full control.
The cloud-based AI agent operates in the background with built-in security measures, including permission safeguards and confirmation prompts before carrying out sensitive actions.
TECNO General Manager Jack Guo said the company is focused on making agentic AI practical for everyday mobile users by simplifying common tasks while maintaining transparency and user control.
EllaClaw is powered by more than 40 Smart Skills that provide intelligent device management features. Among them is Smart CleanUp Boost, which helps improve phone performance by freeing up RAM and CPU resources, Smart Power Drain Check, which identifies apps consuming excessive battery power, and Instant Cool-down Relief, which reduces overheating during intensive phone usage.
The AI assistant also introduces Smart Data Guardian, a feature designed to monitor mobile data usage and help users better manage their consumption based on individual habits.
To maintain user trust, EllaClaw requires confirmation before making major system changes, ensuring every important action is approved by the user.
Beyond device optimization, the AI assistant incorporates persistent memory, allowing it to learn user preferences and routines over time.
This enables EllaClaw to deliver personalized services such as morning briefings that combine calendars, weather updates, travel plans, and news, as well as assisting with trip planning by arranging transport, setting reminders, and organizing schedules.
The assistant can also help users maintain personal relationships by providing reminders to contact family and friends, tracking weather changes, and supporting other daily routines, making the AI feel more like a digital companion than a conventional assistant.

One of EllaClaw’s biggest advancements is its ability to securely interact with third-party applications.
With user permission, the AI can work across shopping, transport, food delivery, smart home, and messaging apps using a visible, human-like interface that allows users to monitor every step rather than operating behind the scenes.
This enables users to complete tasks such as booking rides, checking connected devices, and finding products through simple natural-language commands, reducing the need to switch between multiple apps.
TECNO says the upgraded EllaClaw represents another step toward creating a more intuitive and practical AI experience that simplifies everyday smartphone use while keeping users informed and in control.
