Popular Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika has refuted rumors suggesting a reunion with her ex-husband Brown Mauzo.
The speculation emerged after Vera posted a video on her Instagram featuring her first-born daughter Asia Brown, leaning on an arm that some fans speculated to be Brown Mauzo’s hand. In the video, Sidika can be heard laughing in the background, captioning it, “My alarm clock, she wakes me up every morning.” She went on to describe how Asia Brown enters her room, draws the curtains, and says good morning.
This led to conjecture about whether the former couple had reconciled.

However, Vera later posted another video denying the allegations, clarifying that the arm in the video belonged to her. “Don’t you recognize my arm tattoos?” she queried, adding, “Let’s set the record straight. I am not getting back with an ex and have no intention to do so.” Vera, also known as Queen Vee Bosset, urged her fans to refrain from speculating and assured them that a reunion was not on the cards.

The breakup between Vera Sidika and Brown Mauzo was announced by the musician himself on his social media channels in August 2023. Mauzo stated that they had mutually decided to part ways, emphasizing their gratitude for the lessons learned and the personal growth attained.

Despite their separation, they affirmed their commitment to co-parenting their children, Asia Brown and Ice Brown, as evidenced by their presence on social media platforms.
