Citizen TV Editorial director Linus Kaikai has shared his grief over the sudden death of Johana Ng’eno, describing the late lawmaker as a courageous and self-made leader.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, March 1, 2026, following news of the fatal helicopter crash, Kaikai spoke about the close bond he shared with Ng’eno, calling him not just a colleague but also a friend and brother.
“I have lost a friend and a brother. He was a brave man; a conviction politician,” Kaikai wrote.
He highlighted Ng’eno’s courage and his dedication to the causes he championed, noting that his sudden passing has left friends, colleagues, and the community in shock.
Kaikai reflected on the personal impact of the loss, praising Ng’eno’s leadership qualities and the respect he earned both in his constituency and in Parliament.
“A self-made leader and a champion of the causes he believed in. That was rudely sudden. Rest in peace, my friend,” Kaikai added, conveying both sorrow and admiration.
