The memorial service for the late General Francis Ogolla at the Ulinzi Sports Complex is a solemn occasion primarily attended by military personnel and select invitees, with no access granted to the general public.
This decision stems from the military’s desire to honor Ogolla in a more intimate and respectful manner, given his significant role as the Chief of Defence Forces. It’s seen as fitting to bid him farewell with a dignified ceremony that recognizes his service and leadership.
