He noted that the task force includes parents, teachers, students, unions, and other education partners aimed at formulating effective policies to resolve grievances in schools.
According to the CS, the initiative was prompted by increasing incidents of unrest in learning institutions, including a recent tragedy at Utumishi Girls Academy in Gilgil where 16 students lost their lives.
Ogamba stressed that the government will not tolerate continued cases of indiscipline and violence in schools that have resulted in loss of life and destruction of property.
He further urged parents and teachers to take an active role in mentoring learners and guiding them to stay focused on their academic goals.
The CS encouraged students to remain disciplined and work hard, emphasizing that education is a key equalizer that enables young people to achieve their full potential.
Nyaribari Chache MP Zaheer Jhanda, who also attended the event, thanked the CS for visiting the school and called for continued unity among Gusii leaders to promote development in the region.

Jhanda, who also donated food and bedding to the institution, urged the government to strengthen support for schools through the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF).
Ogamba was accompanied by several leaders, including Kisii Deputy Governor Elijah Obebo, Kisii Woman Representative Dorice Aburi, and Nominated Senator Essy Okenyuri, among others.
