In a message to clients and partners, the company stated that it aims to resume deliveries by early August 2025. The temporary closure is part of a broader strategy to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

“This brief pause allows us to roll out better pricing, introduce new products, and offer faster, more dependable service,” the notice read.

The restructuring underscores Twiga’s commitment to staying competitive in the evolving retail and agribusiness landscape.

Founded in 2014, Twiga leverages technology to connect farmers and retailers, streamlining the agricultural supply chain.

Its current transition reflects a wider regional shift among consumer goods companies towards smarter logistics, digital warehousing, and cost-efficiency improvements.
