The launch of the new administrative offices took place just before the start of the ninth Devolution Conference, which is being hosted in the county.
Also in attendance were Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, area leaders including Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma, Woman Representative Joyce Bensuda, and other elected officials from the region.
