The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has announced 221 employment opportunities in various tribunals and its graduate and diploma internship programme.
In a vacancy notice issued on Thursday, the commission invited qualified Kenyans to submit their applications by August 13, 2026.
According to JSC, the recruitment aims to fill positions in several specialised tribunals while also offering internship opportunities to graduates and diploma holders.

The advertised opportunities include 20 tribunal positions and 201 internship slots.
Among the vacancies are the positions of Chairperson of the Sports Disputes Tribunal and a non-advocate member of the same tribunal.
JSC is also seeking to recruit a Deputy Chairperson of the Co-operative Tribunal and a non-advocate member for the tribunal.
Other openings include Chairperson of the Capital Markets Tribunal and two non-advocate members of the tribunal.
The commission has further advertised a vacancy for a non-advocate member of the Public Private Partnerships Petition Committee.
For the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal, JSC is recruiting one advocate member and one non-advocate member.
The recruitment also includes a vacancy for a medical practitioner to serve on the HIV and AIDS Tribunal, as well as two advocate members for the Financial Centre Tribunal.
Additional positions include one non-advocate member of the National Examinations Appeals Tribunal, four advocate members of the Tax Appeals Tribunal, and two non-advocate members of the same tribunal.
The largest share of the recruitment is for the 201 graduate and diploma internship opportunities.
JSC has advised interested applicants to visit its jobs portal for detailed job descriptions, qualifications and application guidelines.
The commission said all applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on August 13, 2026, noting that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
It also warned applicants against canvassing, stating that any attempt to influence the recruitment process would lead to automatic disqualification.
JSC emphasized that it is an equal opportunity employer and that all recruitment is conducted through a fair and competitive process based on merit.
The commission further reminded the public that its recruitment services are free and cautioned job seekers against fraudsters demanding payment in exchange for employment opportunities.
Established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya, the Judicial Service Commission is mandated to promote the independence and accountability of the Judiciary while supporting the efficient and transparent administration of justice.
