Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has been freed from a hate speech case after the Milimani Magistrate’s Court confirmed he had complied with all court-set conditions.
Magistrate Paul Mutai ruled that Salasya had sufficiently engaged in peace-building activities, reaching more than 1,000 people through physical forums and ongoing campaigns on social media.
