According to locals, Alfred Muchele was attacked by bees and died early Friday morning while receiving treatment at Naitiri Hospital, as shared by Patrick Wekesa, a village resident.
The village elder explained that the attack occurred at the Nabing’enge market.
John Wekesa, the deceased’s son, has called on the government for support to cover funeral expenses. Other community members, including Pastor Isaac Mutali, expressed their grief, highlighting that the community has lost a respected elder who had made significant contributions to its development.
