Today (Monday), three individuals are set to appear in court to be charged with the murder of a nursing student from Kabarak University.
Detectives are expected to seek permission from the court to detain the three individuals as they conduct further investigations into the death of Derrick Malumasa Sabuni, aged 23.
The arrests were made on Friday evening following an investigation by detectives at the location where Sabuni’s body was discovered earlier that day.
Additionally, police have determined that Sabuni may not have been killed at the exact spot where his body was found along the Nakuru-Mogotio road near Kampi Ya Moto trading center. The third-year student was discovered with stab wounds to the stomach.
