A 17-year-old boy lost his life after being stabbed during a confrontation in Nairobi’s Eastleigh area.
According to police, the teenager was attacked by a group of his friends during the incident, which occurred on Sunday, March 29. Three suspects connected to the attack have been arrested and are awaiting arraignment.

Authorities reported that the victim sustained stab wounds to the chest and back. His body was later taken to the mortuary for further examination.
The cause of the dispute that led to the fatal incident remains unknown. The deceased was a student at a nearby school.
Footage captured at the scene showed a group of about ten youths engaged in a fight before the victim collapsed during the attack. The suspects fled but were later tracked down and arrested, Nairobi police commander Isaa Mohamud confirmed.
Police noted a worrying increase in violent incidents involving youths in the area, adding that several suspects linked to similar cases have already been apprehended and charged.
Body discovered in Tana River
In a separate incident, police in Tana River County have begun investigations after the body of an unidentified man was found in a bush in Tana North Sub-county.
The remains were discovered by herders in the Bini area on March 29 at around 4:00 pm. Officers from Bura Police Station, alongside detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, responded to the scene.
The body, believed to be that of an adult male, was in an advanced state of decomposition and had no visible external injuries. It was moved to Hola County Referral Hospital mortuary for identification and a post-mortem.

Police are urging anyone with missing relatives to come forward to help identify the deceased.
Man found dead in Kwale house
Elsewhere, detectives are probing the killing of a 28-year-old man in Kwale County.
The body of Chombo Karisa was found inside a house in the Bofu area of Samburu, lying in a pool of blood. Police said he had severe injuries, including a deep cut to the neck and fingers.
The motive behind the March 28 killing is yet to be established. The body has been taken to the mortuary as investigations continue.
