Driving Transformation

The insurer noted that the redeployment is a strategic move aimed at bolstering the delivery of “key transformation initiatives” across the Group. By moving Luvai into special projects, the company intends to leverage his institutional knowledge to oversee large-scale internal changes and strengthen corporate oversight.

New Leadership in Internal Audit

To fill the vacancy left by the transition, the Board has promoted Mr. Collins Kiriyo Ajire to the position of Acting Director – Internal Audit.

Ajire is a veteran in the financial sector with over 12 years of audit experience, specifically spending eight years within the insurance industry. Since joining CIC Group in 2023, he has served as the Internal Audit Manager.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and member of ICPAK, Ajire holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is expected to maintain rigorous financial scrutiny during this transition period.
