Mudavadi in Brazil for Talks on Trade, Air Transport, and Security

Prime Cabinet Secretary and Foreign and Diaspora Affairs CS, Musalia Mudavadi, is in Brazil for top-level engagements focused on enhancing Kenya’s bilateral ties with the South American country.

Mudavadi, who began his official visit on Thursday, is scheduled to hold discussions with Brazil’s Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira. Their talks will cover strengthening cooperation in air transport, trade, and security.

The leaders aim to explore ways to boost connectivity between Africa and South America, deepen security collaboration, and expand economic ties.

Additionally, Mudavadi will meet with African diplomats based in Brazil to discuss ongoing African Union (AU) reforms.

The meeting will review strategies to improve AU structures to more effectively respond to the continent’s governance and development needs.
