The Bill seeks to constitutionally secure the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF), the Senate Oversight Fund, and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF).

Public hearings will run from today through Wednesday in all 290 constituencies and 47 counties, taking place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at MPs’ constituency offices and County Women Representatives’ offices.

Kenyans can also submit their views via email or by hand-delivering their contributions to the Clerk of the National Assembly at Parliament Buildings. The deadline for submissions is June 10.
