MP Passaris Calls for Urgent Probe into Death of TikToker Milly wa Doc

Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has urged authorities to launch a swift and transparent investigation into the death of popular TikToker Milly wa Doc.

In a message shared on X (formerly Twitter), Passaris expressed her deep sorrow over Milly’s passing and extended condolences to her children, family, and the fans who admired her authenticity and bravery.

“I am heartbroken by the tragic death of Milly wa Doc,” Passaris wrote. “My sincere sympathies go to her loved ones and the many who found inspiration in her voice.”

Passaris said Milly’s sudden death has sparked serious concerns and called on the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to urgently look into the circumstances surrounding it.

She further insisted that Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor be engaged promptly to determine the cause of death.

In addition, Passaris urged the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) to probe allegations circulating online about Milly’s alleged partner, who is believed to be a licensed medical professional.

“These claims point to potential abuse of professional authority and neglect, which must be investigated without delay,” she said, emphasizing that “no stone should be left unturned.”

Passaris added that the country must uphold justice, truth, and the safety of women.

Milly wa Doc passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. She was the eldest of eight siblings, raised in a modest home in Nakuru.

Known for her honest and relatable TikTok content, she often spoke about personal struggles, including past battles with depression. Her openness and resilience endeared her to a large following.
