According to officials who spoke to The Lower Eastern Times, the initiative aims to deliver specialized services and involves training public health officers to reach haemophilia patients in villages for comprehensive care.
The collaborative approach, marked by the inauguration, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those affected by haemophilia in Kitui County one of the officials disclosed.
