Kenya Airways, Air India Launch Codeshare Partnership

Kenya Airways (KQ) and Air India have entered into a codeshare agreement to improve travel between Africa, India, and other destinations.

Through this partnership, Air India will add its ‘AI’ code to Kenya Airways’ daily Nairobi-Mumbai flights, providing passengers with connections to Bangkok, Colombo, Dhaka, Malé, Melbourne, and Singapore. This offers Nairobi passengers more options, in addition to existing routes through Delhi.

In return, Kenya Airways will add its ‘KQ’ code to Air India’s Nairobi-Delhi flights, giving travelers from across Africa easier access to India via Nairobi.

This agreement builds upon an earlier interline partnership between the two airlines, further strengthening connectivity between the regions.
