‘False and misleading’: Jubilee disowns claims of Gen Z meeting at Ichaweri

The Jubilee Party has rubbished reports circulating online alleging that a Gen Z meeting was planned at the Ichaweri residence of party leader and former President Uhuru Kenyatta in Gatundu.

In a statement, Jubilee termed the claims “false, unauthorized, and misleading,” saying they do not represent the position or involvement of either Uhuru Kenyatta or the party.

Jubilee Party Secretary General Moitalel Ole Kenta said no such meeting has been planned, stressing that all official communication regarding the party leader is only issued through the verified Office of the 4th President of Kenya and Jubilee Party’s official channels.

The party warned the public against trusting unverified information shared outside these platforms and urged Kenyans to exercise caution and confirm the authenticity of such claims.

Jubilee also assured its members and supporters that it remains dedicated to meaningful and legitimate youth engagement through recognized structures, including the Party Youth League.

The party reiterated its commitment to empowering Millennials and Gen Z as key stakeholders in the country’s present and future, as it looks ahead to the 2027 elections and beyond.
