The airline stated that passenger and crew safety remains its highest priority as services restart, adding that it is working closely with relevant authorities to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Dubai continues to be one of Kenya Airways’ key destinations, serving business travellers, tourists, cargo services, and passengers connecting to Asia, the Middle East, and Europe through the Gulf city.

The resumption of flights is expected to ease travel challenges faced by passengers following the temporary suspension of the route.

Kenya Airways also advised customers seeking bookings, travel support, or inquiries to use its website, mobile app, and customer care channels.
