The Wiper Democratic Movement is set to kick off its membership registration drive this Sunday.
Scheduled from February 11 to February 13, 2024, the registration campaign will be spearheaded by party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Kalonzo will embark on a tour of Kitui, Embu, and Meru counties from Saturday, February 10, 2024, to Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
On Sunday, Kalonzo will attend gatherings at Muthara Nchui Methodist Church, Kiengo AIPC Church, and hold a rally at Maua stadium.
Monday will see the Wiper Party leader participating in a breakfast meeting with church leaders followed by engagements with the public at Gakoromoni Market and a visit to Chuka.
On Tuesday, Kalonzo’s itinerary includes a visit to the Matatu Terminus in Embu Town, opening of the WDM office at Karaba Market, and a drive through Makima and Kiritiri Markets.
Expressing anticipation for the interactions with residents, Kalonzo stated his readiness to engage with the community and exchange ideas.
