A fatal traffic incident in Timboroa, along the Nakuru-Eldoret highway, has resulted in the reported deaths of five individuals. The accident took place at approximately 01:40 am on Thursday at the Mlango Tatu area and involved two public service vehicles (PSV) buses, a matatu, and two private vehicles.
According to the National Police Service (NPS), three of the victims lost their lives at the accident scene, while the remaining two succumbed to injuries while receiving medical attention at Eldama Ravine Sub-county Hospital. The bodies of the deceased have been preserved at the same hospital’s morgue, awaiting autopsy.
Additionally, ten other individuals who sustained severe injuries are currently undergoing treatment at the medical facility.
