The blaze destroyed several structures, leaving many residents homeless, according to local police.
The victims, a six-year-old, a four-year-old, and a three-month-old infant, were confirmed dead at the scene.
Area police commander Anthony Mbogo stated that the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
He noted that authorities are interviewing the children’s parents as part of the inquiry.
