Victor was last seen on the fourth floor of an apartment block in the company of several women before he was later found unresponsive on the ground floor. Detectives suspect he may have been pushed or forced down after an altercation.

According to neighbours, a fight broke out after Victor was accused of assaulting a young woman described as someone’s sister. CCTV footage from the building captured a group of youths moving in and out, with scenes suggesting a possible cover-up.

Footage further shows Victor being taken into an Uber and rushed to Jesse Kay Hospital at 3:47 a.m., where doctors attempted resuscitation without success. He was declared dead 40 minutes later. Hospital staff raised the alarm after noticing the unease of those who brought him in.
