Ronald Okoth Named Sofapaka FC CEO

Former Sofapaka FC player Ronald Okoth has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the club, formerly known as the FKF Premier League.

Okoth, who previously played for Sofapaka FC and was also part of the Gor Mahia squad that won the league title in 2013, confirmed his appointment on Tuesday.

Expressing gratitude to Sofapaka FC President Elly Kalekwa for the opportunity, Okoth shared the news on his social media platforms.

In his statement, Okoth outlined his vision to lead Sofapaka FC to greater success, focusing on areas such as securing sponsorships, enhancing youth development programs, improving marketing strategies, and maximizing commercial opportunities.

He emphasized his commitment to transforming Sofapaka FC into a powerhouse both on and off the field and called for the support of fans and stakeholders in achieving this goal.

Okoth expressed confidence in the club’s potential for resurgence and pledged to work tirelessly towards its rejuvenation.

He invited fans and stakeholders to join him in the journey of building a progressive football club atmosphere and promised to strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of the club’s operations.
