The champion of this year’s Magical Kenya Ladies Open, hosted at the Par-73 PGA Baobab Course at Vipingo Ridge in Kilifi, will walk away with Ksh 7.9 million (€45,000) from the total prize pool of Ksh 52.5 million (€300,000).
In addition to the monetary prize, the winner will also receive 500 Order of Merit points on the Ladies European Tour (LET) for their remarkable performance.
The runner-up, assuming no ties for the position, will receive Ksh 4.7 million (€27,000) and earn 320 Order of Merit points, while the third-place finisher will receive Ksh 3.1 million (€18,000) and 230 points to kick off their 2024 LET season.
Even a top-five finish, without any ties, ensures a substantial cash prize, with the fourth-place finisher receiving Ksh 2.4 million (€13,500) and 180 points, and the fifth-place finisher taking home Ksh 1.8 million and 145 points.
A golfer finishing in tenth place will be awarded Ksh 1.2 million (€6,900) along with 75 Order of Merit points, whereas the last spot at the event, 67th place, will still earn Ksh 120,000 (€690).
