Media personality Stephen Letoo has unveiled the programme for the memorial and burial of popular Maasai TikToker Gracious Teyian Meyoki, who passed away recently after a short illness.
Through a Facebook update on Friday, September 19, 2025, Letoo said he had met in Kajiado County with Maa Creatives, Meyoki’s partner Paul Simat, and her family to coordinate the preparations. The gathering brought together teams from Kajiado West and Nairobi to streamline support for the grieving family.

Letoo explained that another group would visit the family in Olmeroi on Saturday to comfort them, while a joint meeting was scheduled in Kibiku. He confirmed that a memorial service will be held in Ngong on Monday, with the final burial set for Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
He also appealed to the public to assist the family financially during this period.

The update followed Letoo’s earlier tribute on Wednesday, September 17, in which he mourned Meyoki’s sudden death, saying the news had left him heartbroken.
He revealed that their last conversation was just a week earlier when she invited him and friends to attend the graduation of her close friend, Paul Simat.
Meyoki’s death shocked many in the Maa community, where she was celebrated for her vibrant personality and online presence.
Letoo urged Kenyans to pray for her family and stand with them during their loss.
