A large number of job seekers gathered at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and Kabete National Polytechnic for job interviews for positions in Qatar, following an announcement from the Ministry of Labour.

The interviews, organized in collaboration with a Qatari employer, attracted candidates from the hospitality and service industries, as well as the construction and technical sectors.
Labour and Social Protection Cabinet Secretary Alfred Mutua emphasized the company’s interest in hiring Kenyan talent and urged applicants to be well-prepared. “Only those registered for specific job roles will be allowed entry. Please make sure you understand your job responsibilities,” he advised.
