In a statement, ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna emphasized that the right to freedom of expression is protected under the constitution.
He insisted that the students should be given the same platform to perform their play as any other school.
“We emphasize that the constitutionally protected right to freedom of expression applies to individuals of all ages, even when their views may not be widely accepted,” Sifuna said.
