Chicken Cottage has unveiled a new outlet in Kasarani, Nairobi, marking its eighth location in Kenya and the 16th branch under Express Kitchen Ltd.

Situated at a Hass Petroleum station on Kasarani-Mwiki Road, the new restaurant aims to serve over 800,000 residents in the area, especially families and young professionals looking for convenient fast food options.
This expansion reflects rising demand for quick-service restaurants in Nairobi’s suburbs and aligns with Express Kitchen’s strategy to roll out 60 outlets nationwide. The company also manages Papa John’s Pizza branches.
The Kasarani launch is the second Chicken Cottage to be set up at a Hass Petroleum site, following the Narok opening last year. Hass runs 38 fuel stations in Kenya and over 150 across the continent.
Express Kitchen, which already employs close to 200 people in its Nairobi and Narok locations, plans to increase staffing as it grows.

The new Kasarani branch will also provide delivery services via Glovo, Uber Eats, and Bolt Food.
