Okiya Omtatah is urging President William Ruto to disclose the agreements he made with the United States during his recent visit.

Omtatah criticizes Ruto for allegedly engaging in agreements with another country without proper legal procedures.
He emphasizes that such treaties should involve parliament according to the law, questioning Ruto’s authority to independently commit to agreements.

Omtatah also raises concerns about Ruto’s dealings with individuals from the United Arab Emirates who provided him with a private jet for his trip to the USA, questioning the nature of their business relationship.

Additionally, Omtatah warns against excessive taxation in the 2024 Finance Bill, threatening legal action if transparency about the use of tax revenue is not provided.
