The Minister for Water and Irrigation in Kitui County, Peter Kitonga Nkundait, has unveiled a comprehensive strategy and the ministry’s intentions to ensure an ample water supply in the arid region of Kitui County.
“Under the steadfast commitment of Governor Malombe, we are embarking on a strategic plan: across every corner of Kitui County, we will construct mega dams, sand dams, and Earth dams to safeguard our community against water scarcity during the dry season,” Nkunda stated.
