Youth in Melelo, Narok South Sub County Urged to Unleash Their Full Potential

Stanley Yiaile, a Maasai Mara University lecturer, is advising the youth in Melelo, Narok South Sub County, to realize their full potential for a brighter future. Yiaile is encouraging young individuals to steer clear of unproductive activities such as drug abuse, clubbing, and excessive social media use. Instead, he emphasizes the importance of engaging in productive business ventures.

Yiaile underscores the significance of effective time utilization, considering it as the greatest possession for any individual. He addresses the issue of negative peer pressure among the youth, urging them to concentrate on their personal growth. Yiaile cautions that failing to make the most of their youthful days may lead to regrets in the future.

Parents are urged to support their children in pursuing higher education, enabling them to become professionals and contribute to societal development. Yiaile suggests that if a girl becomes pregnant, she should be allowed to continue her education rather than being forced into marriage with older individuals.

He advocates for providing girls with a second chance at education and discourages hasty decisions due to a single mistake. Yiaile encourages young people to abstain from premarital sex and focus on their studies for a path to life excellence.

Murani Mintilla, a journalist from the Melelo area, also advises young individuals to leverage technology for innovation and financial opportunities.
