The pair had been fishing with a woman, who survived the incident that occurred on the afternoon of Saturday, May 24.
Authorities said the trio left for a fishing trip on May 23 but did not return, prompting concern among fellow fishermen who launched a search operation the next day.
The rescue team eventually found the woman struggling to stay afloat and managed to pull her from the water. She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police confirmed that the capsized boat was later located in the deep sea and towed back to the old ferry landing site.
A search and rescue effort for the missing fishermen is ongoing, with officials suspecting strong ocean winds may have played a role in the accident.
The meteorological department had earlier issued warnings of dangerous winds and advised the public to avoid venturing into the sea.
