The scheduled maintenance will begin at 9 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 9 p.m. on Saturday.

In a public notice, KRA stated that the affected platforms will include the Supplier Relationship Management system, the Supplier Portal, and the Supplier Registration Portal.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding,” the authority said.

The SRM module is a digital tool designed to enhance how organizations interact with their suppliers. It goes beyond standard procurement processes by focusing on strengthening collaboration, minimizing risk, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

During the maintenance window, both the internal and external (client) interfaces of the mentioned systems will be unavailable.

KRA noted that the downtime will impact both its internal staff and external suppliers who rely on these platforms for services.
