Kenya Power has confirmed ongoing delays in delivering tokens purchased through M-Pesa Paybill 888880.
Customers attempting to buy Kenya Power tokens via Safaricom’s M-Pesa are currently facing issues.

For Cooperative Bank, customers can use the MCo-opCash App/Web or USSD *667#. For Equity Bank, options include USSD *247#, Equitel, the Equity Mobile App/Online, Eva Chatbot, or EazzyBiz.
Family Bank customers can use the PesaPap Mobile App, USSD *325#, or Family Bank Website. KCB offers token purchases through the KCB Mobile Banking App, KCB iBank App, Vooma Mobile App, USSD *522#, or *844#.
National Bank of Kenya customers can buy tokens via the NBK Mobile App, USSD *625#, or NBK Epay Internet Banking, while NCBA customers can use the NCBA NOW App, USSD *488#, or NCBA Connect Online Banking.
Kenya Power assured customers that its team is working to fix the issues with M-Pesa Paybill 888880 and will provide an update once resolved.
The company apologized for any inconvenience and expressed gratitude for the public’s patience.
In addition to M-Pesa, Kenya Power offers other digital payment options, including Equitel, Airtel Money, and commercial banks.
