The impressive growth was attributed to enhanced innovation, improved operational efficiency, and a strong focus on delivering accessible and affordable healthcare.
The company’s profit after tax surged from Sh438 million recorded in 2023, marking a 100% increase.
“Our strong results highlight our mission-driven approach and dedication to supporting every Kenyan throughout their healthcare journey,” said CEO and Principal Officer Njeri Jomo.
In 2024, Jubilee Health implemented AI-driven claims adjudication, upgraded digital self-service tools, and strengthened real-time links with healthcare providers — all aimed at boosting service efficiency for clients and medical partners alike.
