Police are probing the sudden death of Mohamed Nabil, a 52-year-old attaché at the Yemen Embassy in Nairobi, who collapsed at his residence in Kilimani on the night of Sunday, May 25.

According to reports, Nabil developed breathing difficulties before collapsing. His wife sounded the alarm, prompting neighbors and medics to respond. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The family said he had no known medical conditions.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of death, including tracing his recent movements, contacts, and meals. The body was moved to the mortuary for autopsy and further inquiries.
Korean Tourist Found Dead in Nairobi Apartment
In a separate incident, police are also investigating the death of a 52-year-old South Korean national, Shin Yoo, who was found dead in the bathroom of a rented apartment in Ngara, Nairobi.
Yoo, who was visiting Kenya on holiday with another South Korean man, had booked the apartment for a week. According to his companion, they had dinner and retired to separate rooms. The following morning, he found Yoo unresponsive in the bathroom.
Emergency responders confirmed the death, and the body was transferred to the mortuary for postmortem. The Korean Embassy has been notified, and the family plans to repatriate the body to Seoul for burial.
