Kenya Tea Development Agency has named Enos Njeru as its new Board Chair, with Samson Mosonik Menjo appointed as Deputy Chair.
They succeed Chege Kirundi, the former Chair, and Omweno James Ombasa, the outgoing Vice Chair, whose terms have come to an end.

In a statement, KTDA congratulated the newly appointed leaders and expressed gratitude to the outgoing executives for their service to the agency.
The agency emphasized its ongoing commitment to strong corporate governance and protecting the interests of farmers.
“KTDA Holdings is dedicated to maintaining the highest governance standards, safeguarding farmers’ value, and enhancing Kenya’s tea competitiveness in both regional and global markets,” the statement said.
KTDA oversees the operations of small-scale tea farmers nationwide, including cultivation support, leaf collection, processing, and marketing, aiming to maximise returns for its members.
