President William Ruto has made a series of new appointments and reappointments to the boards of several state agencies, as detailed in gazette notices dated July 11, 2025.

Ali Noor Ismail has been named the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Pest Control Products Board for a three-year term, effective July 11. His appointment was made under the powers granted by the Pest Control Products Act.
Ruto also appointed Abdi Mude Ibrahim as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya Veterinary Vaccines Production Institute, also to serve a three-year term beginning July 11.
Additionally, Charles Nyachae has been reappointed as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya School of Government Council, a role he previously assumed in January 2024.

Other appointments include:
- Public Service CS Geoffrey Ruku named Leonida Chelagat Mitei and Dr. Francis Owino to the Kenya School of Government Council for three years. He also renewed Linnet Mirehane’s term starting July 13, 2025.
- Roads and Transport CS Davis Chirchir reappointed Iltasayon Neepe to the Kenya Airports Authority Board for another three-year term.
- Labour CS Alfred Mutua renewed Rose Omamo’s tenure on the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Board of Trustees for three years.
- Water CS Eric Muuga made several reappointments:
- Regina Ndambuki as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Tanathi Water Works Development Agency.
- Geoffrey Rukuja as a board member of the Tana Water Works Development Agency.
- Nasri Sahal Ibrahim as Chairperson of the Northern Water Works Development Agency.
- Gender CS Hannah Cheptumo reappointed Edwin Abonyo as Chairperson of the National Museums of Kenya Board.
- Trade CS Lee Kinyanjui appointed Hamzo Alio Abdi to the Export Processing Zones Authority Board.
All appointments are set for three-year terms as the government continues to reorganize leadership across various state corporations.
